| I can't find the thread that it was on before (and sorry for lack of continuity) but I do recall someone mentioning that they planned on recreating Drizzit's famous weapons Icingdeath and Twinkle but not with scimitars.
I just wanted to point out that I've been able to find 3 scimitars in the game. One was found during while on a ship in the harbor directly outside of Solitude (I think the Red something or other). I believe it was a dark brotherhood mission that took me to that ship.
The other two were found on the soldier looking for the Redguard woman. During that side mission you have the option to help either side. If you choose to help the woman (and kill the pirate/raider/assassin) you can take his two scimitars.
I hope this helps anyone who was still looking for them! |

| I actually helped the soldiers and still got scimitars somehow... Though I honestly don't remember if it was on that mission or something else, so I am no help. I do have 2 though. |

| Oh that's very well possible. I was about to turn her in myself, then figured I'd be more fun to cut that guy down when I saw what he had on his belt. She was a little upset that I 'used her as bait' but I still got the award (and scimitars) so no harm done in the end. |

| I already made Icingdeath earlier by enchanting Frost on one of the blades, but how should I go about making Twinkle? |

| Well I remember Twinkle always glowed blue when Drizzt's was near enemies or some kinda enchant that has some kind of twinkling effect? Something like the Daedric artifact sword that glows, like a restoration or harm undead spell might might it glow.
It's not about changing the world. It's about doing our best to leave the world the way it is. It's about respecting the will of others, and believing in your own.

| I also came across a ship near Solitude, where a sailor/pirate had a scimitar. I think it may have been near that lighthouse SE of Solitude. All I did was snoop around on the deck, and him and his shipmate yelled at me to get off, and then attacked.
You can also get a pair of scimitars from a summoned legendary pirate if you belong to the Mage's Guild/College, found in the passages underneath the campus.
Maybe you can add an "Improve Dual-Wielding" effect? Not sure what color that glows. |

| I never found an 'improve dual wielding' artifact, although I wonder if you count enchant a sword with 'improve one-handed attacks'. That might work too. |
